All orders are processed and fulfilled by our trusted Printify partners. After your order is placed


• Processing Time: 2–5 business days for order preparation and packaging.


• Production Time: Varies by product type but typically ranges from 2–7 business days.


Shipping Time


Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:


• Domestic Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days.


• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination).


Please note: Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or holidays.


Shipping Rates


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, weight, and destination. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.


Tracking Your Order


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor the status of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Returns & Refunds:


Eligibility for Returns


As all DOJU products are custom-manufactured through Printify, returns and refunds are only available in the following situations:


1. Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or production errors.


2. Defective Products: If the product has printing errors or manufacturing defects.


3. Wrong Item: If you receive an incorrect product.


To request a return or refund, you must provide evidence of the issue, such as photos of the product, within 30 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items


Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:


• Supplements that have been opened or used.


• Products damaged by improper storage, handling, or use.


• Buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing/selection during purchase.


How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Exchanges


We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a replacement, a new order must be placed.


Lost or Stolen Packages


DOJU is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office for assistance.


If your package is lost in transit (before delivery), please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


International Orders


For international customers:


• Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.


• International shipping times may vary and are subject to customs clearance.
